Faith Formation

In our current hyperpolarized society, many of us are exhausted and disheartened by the state of our politics.  Yet as responsible citizens, we cannot simply disengage from civic and community life. How can we find ways to talk to those we disagree with and regain a sense of the common good?  How does our faith inform our civic engagement, especially during election season?  How do we, as Lutherans, understand the separation of church and state?

Join us for a look at these questions and more.  We will consider how we have become so divided and what it means to be a faithful citizen in a democracy.  We will NOT be talking about particular parties or candidates.
